Customer Service Specialist
Fremont, CA Temporary $36.00 - $40.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a client in Fremont. This position is 100% onsite. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. This is a 3 month contract, with potential to extend.

Job Duties:

  • Process purchase orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Follow up with clients on orders and communicate with internal sales & production teams.
  • Assist with RMA's.
  • Track and manager orders when needed.
  • Follow up on tasks and make sure all shipping samples, replacement parts and units are sent to clients.
  • Ensure paperwork is filled out accurately in company portal.
  • Process orders, create credit memos, ship samples and parts, new account set up.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skill including Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
  • SAP experience
  • Prior Sales Support Experience.
  • Associate Degree
  • Excellent customer service and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
